Robert Ishii

Mr. Ishii is Managing Partner, Asset Management and a member of EREP’s Investment Committee. Mr. Ishii has direct executive oversight for EREP’s Asset Management function and oversees the firm’s development and execution of asset-level value creation plans to maximize total return to the EREP and its clients. In addition, Mr. Ishii’s asset management team works closely with the Acquisition Team to support diligence activities, and asset valuations.

Prior to EREP, Mr. Ishii served as Post Closing Asset Manager with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) in which he had direct oversight for the receivership and resolution of 12 banks with total assets in excess of $10 billion and strategic resolution planning for 6 additional banks . Prior to the FDIC, Mr. Ishii served in various executive management roles, including Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, for The Centennial Group, a publicly-held, diversified real estate investment firm, which was a significant participant in asset liquidations with the Resolution Trust Corporation during the savings and loan (S&L) crisis of the 1980s. In all Mr. Ishii has managed over $15 billion in real estate and loan assets.

Mr. Ishii graduated with a BS in Business Administration with an emphasis in Economics and Finance from the University of Nebraska.
